Sara, also spelled Zara, Orchard, or Archer, also spelled Orchert or Aarscherd and a variety of other spellings. Her sister Josina married Jacob Cooper.

Evert and Sara were witnesses for the baptism
    28 Aug 1743 for Maria, of John and Elizabeth Wielaar.

On 21 Apr 1744 Sara married Evert Seger (41426) , son of Johannes Seger (say 1695-) & Brechie Wheeler (30460) (ca 1696-aft 1762), in Reformed Dutch Church of Albany.371 Evert Zeger, y.m., & Zara Aarscherd, y.d. Born ca May 1720 in Kingston, Ulster Co., NY. Evert was baptized in Kingston, Ulster Co., NY, on 29 May 1720. Eevert, son of Johannes Zeger & Bregjen Wieler, witnesses Zalomon Vanderwilligen & Geesjen Oostrander.

From the Onondaga's centennial, volume 2, page 424:576
        Evert Seager was a private in Co. John Harper's regiment of New York militia in the Revolution in 1780.

Evert was a witness along with Josyna Aartsier at Albany for the 21 Jan 1741 baptism of Hendrik, son of Evert and Marytje Wielaar.
