Homework 13: Project Milestone: Record Presentations

For this milestone, you will prepare a presentation for the last day of class.

Of course, you should work with your project team.

Instructions

Each group will record a five minute presentation explaining and demoing your project. Your video will be shown in class, after which you will answer questions from the instructor and the audience.

Recommendations:

• Rehearse and time your presentation, to ensure it fits the time limit
• Start by introducing each team member by name
• Next, present slides describing the motivation for your project
• Finally, demo your project’s functionality

Note: Your presentation will be shared on the course website, unless you request otherwise.

Submit

Upload your recording to YouTube, and submit the link on Gradescope.

Ensure the video can be accessed by anyone with the link.

Grading

You will be graded on the professionalism of your presentation. For full credit, you should:

• Clearly explain your project in a way that is accessible to a non-technical audience
• Adhere to the time limit: points will be deducted if your presentation is six or more minutes
• All team members should speak

Note: If you are absent on the day of presentations, it will negatively affect your project grade. If you must be absent, please let me know ASAP so we can make alternate arrangements.
