Apologies for the fairly sketchy report, I need to do some more investigating, but wanted to get an issue up since there doesn't seem to be other reports of this.

Using CCK 6.x-2.1 and imagefield 6.x-3.0-alpha3 - when uploading an image, once it's actually uploaded, the entire imagefield widget disappears from the form (i.e. completely from the HTML). I'm assuming this is a JS conflict somewhere and need to strip things down to see what's at fault, so leaving at active (needs more info).
