On 18 Nov 1779 when Phineas was 20, he married Rebecca Jaquith (40257) , daughter of Adford Jaquith (29081) (15 Apr 1710-16 Jul 1791) & Margaret Leeman (ca 1714-24 Jan 1776), in Westford, MA.¹⁵⁸ Born on 5 May 1759 in Dunstable, MA.¹⁵⁸
