Rachel married Stephen Stockbridge (51342) , son of Thomas Stockbridge (36876) (13 Feb 1702/3-28 Mar 1790) & Hannah Rogers (34186) (9 Feb 1701/2-6 Sep 1760). Born ca 1733 in Scituate, MA. Stephen was baptized in First Congegational Church of Hanover, 24 Mar 1733/4.446 Stephen died in Scituate, MA 23 Apr 1802[9?].52 Buried in Church Hill Cemetery, Norwell.

    Stephen Stockbridge died about 1800, leaving a widow but no children. His property was divided between Rachel Stockbridge, his widow, and Bettie Hoxie, his “heir at law.” The real estate was sold by Nathaniel Freeman, as attorney for Betty Hoxie, appointed by the judge for that purpose; the money seems to have been paid to him; he settled an account in the Probate Court and paid the balance over to Betty Hoxie, taking a release signed by her, dated Jan’y 7, 1803, and witnessed by Isaac Hoxie and Sarah Hoxie 3rd, her children. July 7, 1803, the administrator was ordered by the Probate Court, to pay the balance in his hands “to Rachel Stockbridge, widow of said Stephen, and to Betty Hoxie, heir at law of said Stephen.”

On 7 Aug 1766 when Betsey was 23, she married Elisha Hatch (39729) , son of Jonathan Hatch (20279) (28 Oct 1709-8 Sep 1775) & Agatha Phillips (45624) (24 May 1716-7 Sep 1760), in Pembroke, MA.395,52 Born on 5 Apr 1743 in Marshfield, MA.296 Elisha died in Bristol, Lincoln County, Maine, on 15 Sep 1843; he was 100.296

On 13 Jul 1763 when Lydia was 17, she married Noah Simmons (45184) , son of John Simmons (41156) (22 Apr 1716-10 Dec 1770) & Hopestill Stetson (25882) (21 May 1715-bef 1752), in Kingston, MA. Born 15 Feb 1739/40 in Kingston, MA. Noah died in Kingston, MA on 30 May 1824.
