On 5 Feb 1678 Benjamin first married Martha Adams, daughter of James Adams (bef 22 May 1627-19 Jan 1653/4) & Frances Vassall (ca 1623-ca 1670), in Scituate, MA.90 Born on 18 Mar 1654 in Scituate, MA.73 Martha died in Scituate, MA, on 29 Dec 1717; she was 63.73 Buried in Scituate, MA GR2.
