On 11 Jan 1676 when Martha was 18, she married Thomas Clark in Scituate, MA.52 Thomas died in Coventry, CT on 12 May 1739.

From Deane’s History of Scituate:53
"Thomas Clark was in Scituate 1674. He came hither from Plymouth, and was probably the son or grandson of Thomas Clark, the mate of the May-flower in 1620. His farm is Scituate was on the west of Walnut tree hill, (a half mile west of late Judge William Cushing's mansion), and adjoining that of Cornet Buck.”

It’s not clear to whom Deane referred by “Thomas Clark, mate of the May-flower.” Few of the Mayflower crew members’ names are known, and none of those were named Thomas Clark.

Sometime after the birth of his children, Thomas moved to Rochester, Massachusetts, then to Coventry, Connecticut.

7052. Thomas Curtis. Born on 16 Mar 1659 in Scituate, MA.52 Thomas died in Scituate, MA, on 3 Jan 1738; he was 78.52

From Deane’s History of Scituate:53
Thomas (the younger son of Richard) settled on the tract of land called Egypt, where he had a house 1693. He married Mary, sister of Robert Cooke, 1694, and daughter of William Cooke: and had children, Deborah born 1697, Ruth 1699, Mary 1701, Thomas, March 5, 1703-4, Ruth 1711. The only son, Thomas, jr., married Ruth Wade 1729, and had children Thomas 3d, born December 8, 1729, Jael 1732, Eli 1733, Ruth 1735, Simeon 1739, Abner 1742, Beriah 1745. Charles, how occupies the form of three generations of his ancestors, is son of the last named Thomas, whose wife was Susanna Bailey 1759. Eli has also posterity in Scituate. He married Desire Turner 1758, and Elizabeth Bailey 1777. Eli, jr. married Bathsheba Nichols 1782.
From this family have descended some of the name in the west of Scituate, Hanover and Abington. Abner, son of Thomas, jr., married Sarah Ford 1766, and lived in Hanover. Beriah removed to Chesterfield. He married Desire Litchfield 1783.

Is this the Thomas Curtis who married at Scituate 19 Sep 1711 Mary Guilford? (52) Mary was born 20 Jun 1679 at Hingham, daughter of Paul and Susanna (Pullen) Guilford. There’s a record at Scituate for the death of Mary, wife of Thomas Curtis, June 1703.52 There don’t seem to be any other Thomas and Mary Curtises in the area, but that conflicts with th birth of son Thomas for 5 Mar 1703/4. Dates are often off by as little as a year, so it’s likely that Thomas’s first wife Mary died soon after the birth of son Thomas, and the father Thomas married Mary Guilford a few years later.
6 Mar 1694/5 Thomas married Mary Cook, daughter of William Cooke & Mary, in Scituate, MA.52 Born in Jul 1676 in Scituate, MA.52

7054. Sarah Curtis. Born on 20 Jul 1663 in Scituate, MA.52 Sarah died ca 1739.

According to Deane,53 Sarah was Samuel’s second wife.
On 25 Jul 1694 when Sarah was 31, she married Samuel Tilden (5305) , son of Dea. Joseph Tilden (2073) (ca Apr 1615-3 Jun 1670) & Alice Twisden (ca Mar 1633-aft 1694), in Scituate, MA.52 Born on 12 Sep 1660 in Scituate, MA.62 Samuel died in Scituate, MA, on 10 Jun 1738; he was 77.
